Taleo Acquires JobFlash For $3 Million

DUBLIN, CA -- Taleo (Nasdaq: TLEO) announced the acquisition of privately-held JobFlash, based in Fremont, CA.

JobFlash allows employers to interact with the widest range of potential employees by offering a multi-lingual telephone interactive voice response (IVR) and interview scheduling.

Taleo plans to "productize and integrate" JobFlash's IVR products into its Taleo Enterprise Edition suite for large enterprises.  For the SMB markets, Taleo will leverage the JobFlash acquisition to bring an hourly recruiting offering to its SMB-focused Business Edition.
